In 2009, Brett Stein started NYSOM in the streets of Soho, NYC with just a folding table and his hand-screened tees. Despite having no funds, education or experience with design or sllk screening, his love for real New York Hip Hop, skate, street art culture and a whole lot of NY hustle was enough to build this brand into something that is a true reflection of the NYC we know and love.
